Previous Personnel Office Directors: HUANG,SU-HSIA (85th academic year - 101 academic year), TANG,PEI-CHUN (102 academic year - 106 academic year), HUNG,TIEN-FU (107 academic year - so far).

The Personnel Office was established at the time of the founding of the 85th school year. It adheres to the concept of service, establishes a sound personnel system, rationally allocates manpower, and supports the school's various businesses with professional and effective organization and manpower according to the needs of school development. (3) Facilitate and ensure compliance with University laws, regulations, and policies. Establish and develop strategies that are responsive to personnel needs, which include delivering competitive benefit and compensation policies.

(4) Improve administrative efficiency by reinforcing the value of personal and professional development of administrative personnel. Provide an environment that fosters positive attitude and professionalism.

(5)Encourage and support career development of all personnel, as well as advocate strategies that promote quality      education, research, and services.
